So, there were some interesting cars around the vicinity of my work today, so let’s see what you all would do with these 4!

Also, no idea on vintages of the BMW or the Porsche, or even really the specific model, so if anyone could provide that info, that’s be fantastic!

Since there’s four, I figured I’d gauge which one you are okay burning and which one you’d be okay having someone else enjoy!

Money out of the question it would be a tough call between racing the 911 and the Miata, both would become rally cars. I’d probably stick to racing the Miata because parts are cheaper.

I also don’t like either of them lol.

That particular one has 77k miles on it, so I imagine it’s more like low to mid-$10s.

But if you think low 20's still, that’d be great! Because than I could sell it for what I bought it for 3 years ago.

kill the thing you care about, or be at the mercy of those who can?....... the porshe is great.......BUT it is living in a bubble of its own hype........ sure they are still putting out good cars NOW, but its more of a bellybutton, me too car. buying the hype more than the car. like how the corvette has the stigma of being a midlife crisis car........ yeah i want a quick car, that handles, and has a stupid top end speed.......... but i’d rather have the satisfaction of getting there on my own. i like to build my own stunts........

Well I meant money out of the question for selling one of them. Rally cars break, that’s a reality. Cheaper parts long term is a good thing, I didn’t think to cut that out of the question too.

I like a standard front rear combo anyhow, and people run some pretty crazy supercharged Miata’s in Rally around here that look stupid fun. I’d still go that route.

One of the reasons I bought the Capri is all the mechanical stuff that could break is all Mustang parts that are available/potentially compatible from 79-97. Cheap and very available in Michigan.
